What comes with the LLume Pod?

The $299 kit includes one LLume Pod and one LLume Strap.

Which phones are supported?

iOS only. View the LLume app on the App Store.

Do I need another strap?

No. A LLume Strap is included. You can also use a compatible heart-rate chest strap.

What does it track?

Breathing rate, breathing patterns, ventilation and estimated VO₂. Light Lace® fiberoptic sensors detect chest expansion.

Does it need a mask or skin contact?

No mask is required. The LLume Strap can be worn without skin contact. Follow the wearing instructions for any separate heart-rate monitor.

How do I set it up?

Attach the Pod, connect to the LLume iOS app over Bluetooth, and follow the setup and calibration instructions.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 16 hours.
